Cleaning Room Floor Drain FURO 325

Stainless steel floor drain designed for efficient removal of dirty water and separation of sand from scrubber machines in cleaning rooms. The large water capacity and liftable sand trap ensure trouble-free operation and long-term functionality, making the drain ideal for both public and industrial cleaning rooms. Available from stock for immediate delivery.

Application: The floor drain is designed for easy and efficient emptying of dirty water and separation of sand from scrubbers in cleaning rooms.
Large accumulated water volume: The drain can handle emptying of cleaning and scrubber tanks without risk of flooding.
Liftable sand trap: Equipped with a large 7 L sand trap that effectively separates sand and debris, protecting the drainage system from clogging.
Drain plate: 200 mm wide slot plate with Ø 60 mm holes for easy connection of the cleaning machine’s discharge hose.
Turbulence-regulating baffle: Distributes the water flow evenly over the sand trap, increasing sand separation.
Variable length: 400–1200 mm in 200 mm increments, fixed width 400 mm.
Stocked size for immediate delivery: 600 × 400 mm.
Material: Acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404 (SS 2348) for high durability and corrosion resistance.
For embedding in concrete floors: Easy integration into existing cleaning room floors.
Top covers: Suitable for tiled floors (K3, K4, K5), poured floors, vinyl, and steel-ground concrete floors; 360° rotatable, angle-adjustable, and telescopic.
Outlet: End-positioned with removable water trap for easy cleaning.
Non-slip stainless steel grate: Safe and durable, supplied in sections with a maximum weight of 6 kg per section.
Installation accessories: Supplied with protective cover to prevent concrete from entering the drain during casting, sturdy fastening ears for easy height adjustment from above. Includes rebate strips for poured floors.

Drains and channels always have a connection pipe and their water flow (V.g.) to consider. Water flow is always measured from the so-called bottom line of the pipe.

To facilitate product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height is the distance from the finished floor surface to where the water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measurement point is where the spigot begins.

The total height (H) is always made up of the top depth (D) plus the outlet section of the product. If the top depth is increased, the total height will also increase, affecting the product's water flow.

Dimensions for FURO 325:

Upper part depth (D) is 210 mm. The channel depth (RD) is 95 mm.
Total height (H) is therefore 342 mm.

Slope towards the outlet is adapted to the product and floor type.
