Industrial floor channel, 300 mm width FURO 151

Robust stainless steel floor channel with 300 mm width, designed for demanding industrial environments and heavy loads. Manufactured in stainless steel EN 1.4301 (SS 2333) or acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404 (SS 2348) and available in multiple load classes. Ideal for industrial floors, warehouses, and other high-traffic environments where operational reliability and long service life are critical.
  • The V-shaped bottom of the channel efficiently directs water and debris away, reducing maintenance requirements and preventing blockages in the drainage system.
     
  • The industrial channel is standard equipped with a removable water trap and stainless steel, drive-over grate, providing a complete solution for industrial environments.
     
  • Channel tops for tiled floors, resin floors, and steel-trowelled concrete floors are telescopic, 360° rotatable, and angle-adjustable.
     
  • Maintenance is simplified with the removable water trap with handle, and grates delivered in manageable sections (max 8 kg per section) facilitate cleaning and inspection.
     
  • EPDM gaskets according to EN 681-1 type Wc ensure tightness and long service life even under frequent use.
     
  • Installation: The channel has robust fixing lugs for anchoring in the slab, allowing easy height adjustment from above. Delivery with protection against concrete spillage during casting reduces the risk of damage to the channel.

  • Length (min-max) 500–20000 mm, in 100 mm intervals.
  • Fixed width: 300 mm.

  • 150 mm, recommended for lengths between 8000–20000 mm.

Standard is center-positioned outlet, but placement can be selected.

Drains and channels always have a connection pipe and their water flow (V.g.) to consider. Water flow is always measured from the so-called bottom line of the pipe.

To facilitate product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height is the distance from the finished floor surface to where the water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measurement point is where the spigot begins.

The total height (H) is always made up of the top depth (D) plus the outlet section of the product. If the top depth is increased, the total height will also increase, affecting the product's water flow.

Dimensions for FURO 151:

  • The upper part depth (D) can vary between 100 and 150 mm. (100 mm is standard for lengths up to 6000 mm).
  • The total height (H) of FURO 151 thus ranges between 232 and 282 mm. (232 mm is standard for sizes up to 6000 mm).
  • If an extension or inlet part is selected, the total height (H) increases by 82 mm.

 

Slope toward outlet:

The product’s slope toward the outlet varies depending on the length and chosen upper part depth. For the standard design with a centrally positioned outlet, the following applies:

  • For lengths up to 6000 mm and recommended depth of 100 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.
  • For lengths between 6000 – 20 000 mm and recommended depth of 150 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 0.8%.
     

For requirements other than the above recommendations, the slope will be affected.
