Height-Adjustable Hygiene Bench ideal for laboratories, operating departments, sterile services, dialysis units, endoscopy departments, and similar environments.

  • Designed for areas with high hygiene requirements according to Healthcare Hygiene Class 3.
     
  • Custom length from 500 to 2800 mm, width 650 mm. For lengths from 1900 mm, an additional leg is included, placed centrally under the bench.
     
  • Height adjustable between 700–1000 mm.
     
  • Available in both electric and manual versions. In the electric version, the bench is raised and lowered via buttons. In the manual version, the bench is raised and lowered using a crank.
     
  • Smooth surfaces, including the underside, ensure easy cleaning.
     
  • Fully welded frame and welded sink outlets eliminate joints where bacteria could accumulate.
     
  • Manufactured entirely without organic materials.
     
  • Polished worktop made of 1.25 mm acid-resistant stainless steel, grade EN 1.4404.
     
  • Worktop has a robust construction with sound-dampening properties.

Load Capacity:
For 4- to 6-leg systems: max 100 kg per leg, max 300 kg per system.

  • All sink bowls are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, grade EN 1.4404, and do not include overflow outlets for hygiene reasons.
  • To minimize splashing from the bottom of the sink, a minimum bowl depth of 200 mm is recommended.
  • Any accessories, such as cabinets and drawers, are installed 40 mm inside the frame legs to facilitate cleaning.
  • Sink bowls with a width of 500 mm can only be combined with the wider worktop variant of 700 mm.
  • When choosing two or more sink bowls in the same bench, a minimum gap of 100 mm between bowls is recommended for hygiene reasons.
