Floor drain channel, width 150 mm FURO 148

Robust floor drain channel in stainless steel with a grating width of 150 mm. Ideal for workshops, industries, and other demanding environments with heavy traffic. The floor drain channel is designed for various common floor types and is manufactured in stainless steel EN 1.4301 (SS 2333) or acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404 (SS 2348) for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

Adapted for several common floor types and features a 360° rotatable and adjustable outlet.

Choose between mesh grating (R50 and M125) and slot cover (M125), with each section weighing a maximum of 8 kg for easy and ergonomic handling. See alternatives under the Grating/Strainer section.

Installation:

Delivered with protective cover to prevent concrete from entering the channel during casting.
Equipped with sturdy anchor brackets for secure attachment to the floor structure.
For resin floors, recess strips on adhesion flanges are included.
Adjustable legs allow easy height adjustment from above (see installation accessories).

Variable length:

Length (min-max) 500–20000 mm, in 100 mm increments.
Fixed width: 150 mm.

Variable depth (mm):

Depth (D) = 100, a good choice for lengths up to 8000.
Depth (D) = 150, recommended for lengths 8000–20000.

Outlet placement:
The standard is a centered outlet, but it is possible to choose a different placement.

Drains and channels always have a connection pipe and their water flow (V.g.) to consider. Water flow is always measured from the so-called bottom line of the pipe.

To facilitate product selection, we specify the total height (H) of our drains and channels. The total height is the distance from the finished floor surface to where the water exits the product. For bottom outlets, the measurement point is where the spigot begins.

The total height (H) is always made up of the top depth (D) plus the outlet section of the product. If the top depth is increased, the total height will also increase, affecting the product's water flow.

Dimensions for FURO 148:

The upper part depth (D) can vary between 100 and 150 mm. (100 mm is standard for lengths up to 9000 mm).
The total height (H) of FURO 148 thus ranges between 217 and 267 mm. (217 mm is standard for sizes up to 8000 mm).
If an extension or inlet part is selected, the total height (H) increases by 60 mm.

Slope toward the outlet:

The product’s slope toward the outlet varies depending on the length and chosen upper part depth. For the standard design with a centrally positioned outlet, the following applies:

For lengths up to 8000 mm and recommended depth of 100 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 1%.
For lengths between 8000 – 20 000 mm and recommended depth of 150 mm, the slope toward the outlet is at least 0.9%.

For requirements other than the above recommendations, the slope will be affected.
